Porsi untuk berbagi 2-3 orang.

BAHAN untuk kuah sop;

  • 500ml Beef stock base
  • 50ml pickles soup or 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Sugar + salt + pepper

BAHAN untuk isian sop;

  • 1 cup sausage; diced
  • 150gr beef/chicken breast; diced
  • 1 small pack of ham/spam; diced
  • 2 medium size pickles; diced
  • 10 baby carrots; diced
  • 1 big onion; diced
  • ¼ head cabbage; shredded
  • Black olives

CARA MEMBUAT:

  1. Potong semua daging dan sayuran sebagai bahan isian sop.
  2. Lelehkan mentega di dalam panci, lalu tumis keseluruhan daging sampai matang kecoklatan. Lalu tambahkan irisan bawang bombay dan lanjut menumis hingga 2-3 menit. Pastikan semua bahan isian sop (kecuali timun asin, zaitun, wortel dan kol) matang digoreng.
  3. Tambahkan air dengan perasa sapi, bumbu tomat, timun asin, zaitun, kol dan wortel, rebus hingga mendidih.
  4. Setelah mendidih, masukkan keseluruhan sisa BAHAN untuk kuah sop ke dalam panci. Aduk merata dan koreksi rasa.

  1. Chopped all the meat and veggies.
  2. Melt butter in the pot, fry all the meat all together or until browned. Add onion and keep frying for 2-3 minutes. Make sure all the filling (except for pickles, carrots and cabbage) to be fried.
  3. Add water, tomato paste, pickles, cabbage and carrots to the pot and bring to boil.
  4. Add the rest of the stock into the boiling soup and taste.
